Chocolate Cherry Almond Smoothie
2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach or kale
2 cups almond milk
2 cups frozen dark sweet cherries
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
water as needed for consistency
Instructions
Blend greens with 1 cup of milk first.
Add remaining ingredients and blend adding water if needed until desired consistency is achieved.
Enjoy!
Spiked Raspberry Lemonade
Approximately 84 ounces
Ingredients
1 cup real lemon juice
7 cups water
3/4 cup stevia (stevia for baking); use more or less to taste, up to 1 cup
2 1/2 cups raspberry vodka
Instructions
Stir well and serve over ice.
Garnish with raspberries, lemon, lime or mint leaves.
Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup fresh (or frozen) sliced pineapple or 1 can (8oz crushed pineapple, drained)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Up to 1 cup ice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
Blueberry Protein Shake
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
12 ounces unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 teaspoon ginger (optional)
1 scoop plain, vanilla, or chocolate protein powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Add additional nut milk, water, or ice as necessary to blend smoothly.
